Live support may be limited to SACCO business hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 3PM

All data shared via WhatsApp is treated confidentially.
Do not share your PIN, passwords, or sensitive personal details on chat.
The SACCO will never request your credentials via WhatsApp.
4. Security
Members are responsible for keeping their devices secure.
The SACCO is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your phone.
5. Acceptable Use
Only SACCO members may use the chatbot.
The service must not be used for spamming, threats, or abusive behavior.
Misuse of the service may result in suspension of access.
