Our Loan Products are tailor-made to the needs of members and we have a wide range of loan products that offer affordable rates and repayment plan
Limbe Leaf Tobacco has a board of directors from various fields of expertise bringing in a team of individuals that have a bundle of knowledge to lead the SACCO.
Sacco Loan
Maximum amount granted to members at any time is up to 2 times shares . The maximum repayment period is up to 36months
Fertilizer Loan
The maximum repayment period is up to 10months
School Fees Loan
The maximum repayment period is up to 6months
GadgetLoan
The maximum repayment period is up to 10months. Members have wide choice to buy their gadgets of preference.
Emergency Loan
The maximum repayment period is up to 2months
Payday Loan
This is a short-term loan is typically due on the member's next payday. Often used by members who need quick access to cash to cover unexpected expenses.
Savings
1, Savings Deposit:
This is a demand deposit account that provides unrestricted access to funds at any given time. Members can freely access their money without any limitations whenever needed
2, Seasonal Savings:
This is a special account for members willing to save during the season and can be withdrawn at the end of work season.
3, Fixed Deposit:
This is a fixed deposit account that allows free access to the funds during a specified period 3 months , 6 months and 12 months
4, Youth Savings Account
Shares
1, Redeemable Shares:
These are ordinary member shares which can be redeemed when a member decides to withdraw from the Sacco. Every member is required to contribute monthly a minimum of K5,000.00 as shares.
2, Non Redeemable Shares:
These constitute enduring savings within the Sacco, mandated by Reserve Bank regulations. They are redeemable upon a member's withdrawal from the membership.
